I go to eat sushi as it have free flow sushi buffet promotions. I thought the water was free flow but NOT. They only give free water one and when I ask for refill he said that today no free water for refill😂then I order the green tea ice jug where I have to pay. After that, I was full and the food was not so much variations as what I saw on TikTok. there are 3 plate that left over and the staff say I have to paid if wasted or if want to take away. First of all, I would like to say that your staff should clarify and explain to the customer if the food being wasted or leftover we will being charged or put a signage "leftover food will be charge according to plates colour" as we didn't expected that we will be charged. Same like steamboat places, some places charged if there is leftover while some places didn't charge. Read moreScam on the billing : Well this place is near to my home but I see other comments on the food and service I seriously never encounter that but me and my faced a different scenario today on this outlet.
We have done our food and my wife went to the cashier , I think it’s the manager when my wife handover the bill , the manager told “the machine have some connection issue it will take some time So if you don’t mind will you mind in cash “. My wife asked how much the bill , she replied it’s 98 rm and when my wife aske can I get the receipt. She told receipt also issue. Then my wife replied she can wait , after few minutes the cashier handover the bill. Cannot believe the bill is 96 rm.
Even though it’s 2 rm difference we were like. Why she told 98 now handover 96 with receipt. Even if she count in finger it might be an issue but it’s all in system. So we thought it’s a bit concern on the shop.
So anyone visiting the shop pls ask for receipt and pay don’t pay in cash.
If one person pay 2 rm extra what about 10-20 people. And monthly around 1000+.

We had to wait more than 30 mins for one Temaki and when questioned why, the staff said it's being fried. But when served, it was only like lukewarm while the rest of the fillings were cold, making that dish cold in general. There wasn't even a lot of customers at that time. All the diners there could see the cook was taking her time and even chatting with the Manager casually and laughing. One table next to me cancelled their order and walked out after waiting so long.
