Having a bad experinces yesterday! And it's already few times kind of that experiences!
As usual, bought the meal using kfc app. But as my previous experience, the staff especially this branch will ignore the App 's order. The order was at 7.03pm and showing estimate time is 7.28.
Ok, when 7.23 I go front to counter and remind the staff of that, and saying to her please notice the App's order and show her my phone. But she show me the face kind of disregard my order, just say 'ok'.
On the desk, there're more than ten orders that ordered by Kiosk machine. And the staff just managed to do those order in priority, even those orders was much more later than me!!
Ok well, I keep standing patiently in front the counter and try not to argue, cause she looks busy. But she still see me standing there actually! And never say anything to me! Then I call her again, say I gonna having here in order to put her stress as I was long waiting!
When 7.40, I just saw her print my order out by system! Why know it's me? Because only one order by this kfc App!! And during this time, many meals already given to others, and I i noticed one of the orders is at 7.30pm!!.and I order at 7.03pm!!
And the staff still a poker face, after that one more staff come to assist her and my meal successfully given to me at 7.50!!

The promotion is RM15 for two salted egg yolk burgers. The promotion is valid from May 28 to May 31. However, this store does not have this preferential set meal, and the ordering machine does not have this set meal. I asked the staff and they said it was not available. So what's the problem?
