It deeply pains me to give this honest review since i expected better from this .The small dishes were okay for a small portion but the price is a bit too expensive but it’s acceptable ,but for the main dishes it really depends on what you pick ,examples like the noodles , the noodles are undercooked it’s hard to chew , the broth has too much seasoning, the beverage was okay, but these are the small matter , the main topic is the service , the people there are slightly unbothered if you need help , sometimes they would give you attitude if you asked for something, the behaviour and attitude is not only unacceptable but this also reflects a serious lack of professionalism ,the food is also overpriced for such cheap ingredients and taste, overall for my experience is mostly the service, the worker’s behaviour and how little they provide , that bothers me the most,I have expected more from this, I truly and deeply hope that this restaurant can make a positive change, after all , i do not recommend...
Read moreI love Sushi King and it’s usually my go-to, but the Aeon Kepong branch needs significant improvement. The service was terrible; the staff didn’t smile and seemed unhappy to be there. Whenever I called the service button, it took ages for someone to respond. There were two people at the cashier with no customers paying, yet they ignored our calls.
We ordered a Chocolate Parfait, and it took almost half an hour to arrive. When I went to the cashier to inquire, the manager, Suffian, just said, 'Okay, let me check.' A waitress then asked if I had received the parfait, and when I said no, she claimed she had sent it to us, but I believe she sent it to the wrong table. The manager counted all the plates and charged us without offering an apology.

Arrived on 16/12/2022 at 10:45am and was rudely answered by the person making the sushi saying that there is no staff yet and is closed at the moment. Waited patiently for 1 freaking hour to completely be ignored. They finally allowed me to enter at 11:50am, is it what you call a good service? You’re supposed to manage your staff well and open the place according to time. Made an official complaint to the customer service and they said they’re sorry that this should not be happening as they should be open by that time. I hope you’ll pay for what you did to me today. The receptionist was so rude and I’m just disappointed. Horrible service!!!!!!!!!! Urghhh...
