Ok first of all i don't know what are the reason happen to the staff or what lah,whenever I order my food offline and online,always have a problem about my order included my order is missing something. second of all, that happen today that let me angry .while the staff asking my order ,I show my order id and my name,and he was like ok ok I go check your order and he reply that they are preparing and i was like ok maybe it to many people are ordering i give it a chance (even tho it already over 20 minute,i still give a chance).After already 15 minutes,I sense it might be off and I ask for the second time and they still say they preparing and I was like what? And after like 20 minutes ,I ask for the third time and the manager fell a bit off and check my order AND HE CHECK IT WITH THE COMPUTER ??? I WAIT LIKE 1HOUR THEY DIDNT EVEN CHECK THE COMPUTER FOR ONCE ??? AND IT HAPPEN THAT MY ONLINE ORDER IT DISAPPEAR ,AND THEY LET ME WAIT LIKE 1 HOUR WITHOUT A APOLOGISE OR ANY FREE STUFF???THIRD OF ALL,I HATE THAT THE STAFF THAT DIDNT TAKE MY ORDER SERIOUSLY,WHEN I MISSED A STUFF ON MY ORDER AT HARI RAYA WEEKEND (i dont even want to say this but today thoose thing happened let me very want to say it),THE STUFF DIDNT TAKE MY ORDER SERIOUSLY AND THEY SAY YE KE JANGAN TIPU AH AND OMG THAT IS THE WORST THING THEY CAN SAY. I WAS VERY PISS OFF WHEN THEY TREAT ME LIKE A 7 YEARS OLD CHILD,LIKE I DONT EVEN CARE LAH YOU WANT TO GO HOME QUICKLY BUT DAMN IT YOU AT WORKING HOURS AND YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMER LIKE THAT ???? Staff not competent to resolve app payment issue, and request customer who already present "first" at counter to wait them served new kiosk customer (4 orders) who come later! Did the staff follow first come first serve procedure? I reorder again to resolve the payment issue, after KFC accepty 2nd order, the physical store staff told me the non spicy chicken finished and propose me to accept to take all spicy chicken or wait longer time (30mins). In order not to waste time again here, I decided to accept her proposal because I decided to order McD for kids at home as they cannot eat "spicy" chicken!!
In term of chicken taste also poor (Feedback from family and friends that the chicken are hard/dry. Similarly, previous few times order (chicken & nuggets) also very dry. We decided not to order KFC from this branch (Kepong DT) anymore!!
While waiting for my case to be resolved, observed/witnessed following scenarios which I think KFC management shall look into the quality control seriously:-
Hi KFC team, I'm writing to express my disappointment & frustration about how ur staff treat me and my sister. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received from female Malay staff that do cleaning called "MIMI" (colleague call her IYA) and Indian female cashier "ANYA" at the KFC Kepong DT outlet@11pm on 2/6/24 . Despite having a long queue, they were extremely rude and uncooperative when my sister and I tried to order. They claimed that our food would take a long time to prepare (that time was 11pm) , just because they wanted to close the shop quickly, which is unacceptable. Their attitude was not only unprofessional but also extremely rude and made us feel unwelcome.
In addition, It's unacceptable that how MIMI deliver the food to me when my food was ready it was so rude until the coke was spilled out from the cup and she didn't even bother to help me out..r At the same time she also making loud noises with their chairs while doing cleaning - "sounds like asking everyone leave quickly".
It's not just about the food, but also about the customer service and attention to detail.
I hope someone takes action to address this issue, can take steps to improve the customer experience and ensure that staff are more considerate of customers' needs & provides better customer service...
