Extremely dissapointed with the service offered here. First of all, on a new year's day, the air cond was not functioning and it was extremely stuffy inside and no apologies were offered. Next, this outlet ran out of Coke/Pepsi/Sprite on an eventful day. Like seriously?! Also, drinks were served in tall glasses with no straw. Expect us to bring our own straw perhaps? When we enquired, the response was straw finished. Then, drinks were served with no ice cubes though we requested for them. Such a shame Pizza Hut that you offer very poor service in the Klang Valley. I reckon Pizza Hut Kepong to shut down than offer NO quality service. Nevertheless, i am impressed with the waiters that night who did such a pleasant job in serving us especially the less challenged lad who was very effecient in carrying out his task. You guys deserve a thumbs up! Dear Pizza Hut Headquarters and Kepong branch owner, dont you feel ashamed to rob people of their money yet offer them trash services? Definitely it feels good making alot of money; unfortunately in an unethical manner. No wonder you are always below par when compared to other countries. Read moreI arrived pizzahut Kepong on today 20 July 2025 dinner time around 6:20pm as the pick up time shown was 6:20pm in the app but at last I got my pizza at 6:30pm. Seriously, Im okay with the 10 minutes late on the pick up time but I really dissatisfied with the staff attitude as a Malay Girl staff who working at the counter speak rudely to me and my father cannot dine in. Fine, I accept their rules. But the most angry thing was the parking and paying system as the customers will be charged free for the parking. I told the staff and she took my tngo parking card go inside and gave it back to me, but at last I got charged RM 2 for the parking fees! How come the staff can be so unprofessional and rude?? Could they tell me what they have did to my card?? And actually I'm willing to give the parking fees if they can't really take actions to my tngo parking card, but why they didn't explain and tell it to me??! I'm not complaining, as I just need to know what happened to the staff in this outlet and why they don't want to tell me the parking system need to be charged. I'm trying to know the reasons. Read moreI am very disappointed with the service at Pizza Hut Kepong. The cashier’s behavior was extremely disrespectful, especially towards elders. I had to wait over 30 minutes for my third pizza, and when it finally arrived, instead of the Deluxe Cheese I ordered, I was given a thin BBQ pizza.
The staff member wearing a cap handled the situation very poorly. Instead of apologizing for the mistake, he was arrogant and even argued with us. To make it worse, he asked us to pay first even though the pizza was not served yet. Once an order is taken with the table number, the staff should already know and handle it responsibly.
Mistakes can happen, and we can understand that but the staff should admit it, apologize, and correct it politely. Unfortunately, the lack of respect and professionalism here has completely disappointed me. I will not be visiting this Pizza Hut...
