OLDTOWN White Coffee Plaza Puchong — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Useless service and very bad hospitality and not clean as well. No point writing review as well because i can see just all the reviews are one thumb up button . Doesn't event come to see customer review portal and value the customer feedback as well that's why Old Town in failed in Malaysia as I know. Today i purchased Nasi rendang worth 9 ringgit i can see two spoon of rice two table spoon on rice can you imagine hahaha i rather buy road site nasilemak then your 9 ringgit Nasilemak. You can make business and you can get money but see the money you earning is fit for your life and family when you cheat the customers. Insane...I dont want to give any ratings at all but no choice without rating...

I visited this branch for the first time. I came here to work while leaving my car for detailing. I asked for a spot with a plug point before seating. I was told that plug points are available at the bench closer to the toilet, but I was warned about mosquitoes. I just settled down and ordered my lunch and drinks right away, only to be disappointed with spoiled plug points.

Later, upon completing my meal, one of the staff members told me that all the plugs here wouldn't work. If this had been mentioned before, I wouldn't have come here. This will be my first and last visit to...

the quality and taste of the food and the service here are very inconsistent. at times you can get the quickest delivery of you food order and they were simply very delicious.... but sometimes those guys simply took too long to prepare the food we ordered! the menu is pretty standard of oldtown white coffee franchise, and they are suppose to be good.... another thing about this outlet is the traffic...., just be careful if you walk around the place, as there are simply many cars and motorbikes zooming in and out around the place.... quite a busy...
