Updated (August 2023) There many more new shops, i got a chance to try few of them today. I bought the lai chi kang it cost rm6, price wise is okay, but the quality wise is super horrible, just like sugar water with some barley and green beans really not worthy trying. Then we bought chicken and pork fried rice from the Claypot chicken rice shop. It was simply awesome. And today i say this shop have increased few more new dishes such as porridge and many more the fried rice cost rm9. Which is pretty decent with lot of chicken and pork inside and the portion quite big too, Other then we bought prawn curry pot cost rm22. With okay everything it has 4 big prawns and some tofu and some cabbages, the curry is very creamy with coconut milk and not so spicy. Then we bought a crab kam heong from tai ka seng shop, cost us rm110, it just single crab but price is bit higher but worth the money crab is super fresh and the crab is very meaty and juicy, but the kam heong taste is not so super, just okay, but the crab over powered the flavour. I hope the management value the shops and it food taste so they can improve in their business.(all the photo is uploaded).

Decent place, some food are good, and some not up to standard way more to improve, customer service still need to improve. Dimsum and pau here are very good and fresh(july 2021)

Recently (December 2021) Had try their lemongrass eel claypot, it was super nice And their white coffee is my favourite

December (2022) Today i tried their Claypot chicken rice it was really good. And also a chicken chop from the western food stall. It was also very good, enough portion and the owner is...

Don't be fooled by the word kopitiam in its name. Kopitiam it is not but a full-fledged food court albeit mid-scale in size.

With a spacious seating capacity including an air-conditioned section, the food court offers a good variety of hawker fare by 20 odd stalls.

The extremely high ceiling offers good ventilation. Sitting in the bigger non air-conditioned section, it's not hot nor stuffy in the evening.

Food wise, I had the Vietnamese beef noodle (RM13), fried chicken skin (RM5) and iced coffee large (RM3.90) during my evening visit.

All were good. Beef noodle was a large bowl with very generous portion of beef slices. Fried chicken skin was super crispy even hours later when I ate the balance at home. Iced coffee was kaw and creamy.

Other interesting food that I've set my sights on for my next visit are claypot eel (never seen in other food courts) and stir-fry balitong.

Although not in the same league as those super huge food courts, this one can definitely hold its own due to its comfortable and uncluttered atmosphere.

Toilet Score: Acceptable

02nd Jan 2022. Kopitiam with close to 20 stalls but not every stall was open for breakfast on our first visit. We were able to get parking, tables and seats rather easily. Some of the food items we ordered were quite good. I especially liked the Nasi Lemak, Chee Cheong Fun and 5 Star Butter + Kaya Hainan Bread. The Iced Coffee was quite good too. Hainan bread was crispy on the outside and fluffy inside and it was not overly sweet. Definitely a viable option. We'll definitely be back again.

Came here 3 times, overall satisfied with our orders. Their kopi peng and teh peng are so good (we ordered for less sweet). Their roti kaya butter is fine but not enough toast for my liking. Their roti cheese (not a canai but white bread) is one of my favorite! From other stalls, there is claypot chicken rice stall selling super nice fried rice and very tender claypot pork rice. Delicious 👍🏼 You can sit upstairs if downstairs are too crowded or too windy, especially at night.
