Very bad outlet. If there is an option to rate no star, I will definitely do.
I was self-pickup order, and I was follow the tracking in KFC app and proceed to the outlet when it showing my order is ready for collection. When reached the outlet, cashier very slow motion and I walk to to counter and ask my order, but cashier said not yet. What?? My order not even start preparing yet but app showing ready for collection??
Waited in front of the counter for 30 minutes and seeing all the processes of this outlet.. Although not the first time order from this outlet, but all I can tell - WORST!
There are customers in front of order counter for ordering, but the cashier just ignoring them for ordering and continue her blur mode and waiting at the kitchen for chickens to be fried, and I was eye contact those queuing customers, and we sensed each other and shaking our head. You know what I mean..
Missing 2 fried chickens in 1 of my order - "2 pc Nasi Lemak KFC Combo (with Kuah Kari Kandar)" when brought back to home, asked by my wife. Only nasi lemak, Pepsi, and others sides but without chickens. it's too late as we already eaten halfway. it was my careless didn't check properly before leaving the outlet, because of i was rushing for time, been waited 30 minutes there!! What for i order in advance?? That was not the first time, previously was missing 1 drink on my order. I am not sure if they are in purpose or just coincidence...
So to all people out there, please be always check your order and make sure all correct before leaving this outlet. Anyway, I will never come back for this...
Read moreIt was kind of funny. I visited this place to pack some fried chicken and walked in to order at the counter. Indian lady couldn’t be bothered to even try looking interested even though I tried my best to be friendly cos I know how tiring and frustrating it can be, working during the holidays. But oh well.
Ended up waiting over 40 minutes for them to pack my chicken. The dude beside me was pekchek to the max as well, grumbling that it was taking so bloody long and that they move very slow (honestly they move like sloths, one slow movement at a time).
I think I should have gone through the drive-through and saved myself the drama. The same lady at the counter ended up storming off and crying due to some comment another colleague made. I overheard some conversation but I don’t wanna be kepokepo lah. Just something about working late hours and she was apparently quite pekchek also.
Well, the food was stale. Even though this KFC is a stone’s throw from my residence, but….I’ll gladly eat grass by the roadside than come back here. I know this branch won’t give two shizz about my review; KFC will still have business anyway. But their management really could do with some upgrading.
So disappointing yet funny at the same time. If you colleagues wanna drama drama, do it after you give us our food la. I was hungry already after waiting 40 mins….should’ve...
Read moreThere was like 4 people in front of me in queue but it took abt 25minutes before it was my turn to place my order. Then they were out of the original flavor. Waited for abt half an hour for my order. The chicken was over-fried? The skin was dark brown.
It was dinner time & it's obvious they are short-handed. Everybody is doing everything but at the same time nothing gets done.
When orders are taken, no one was preparing the orders. When orders are being prepared, no one was taking orders. The Indian lady keeps hollering orders to the back kitchen but there's no one there to prepare it. A Malay lady is busy with online delivery orders but I think she gets like 1 order ready in every 5 mins. One delivery guy was furious because he waited for an hour but his order was still not ready.
There's no leadership in this outlet. The management should look in the staffing problem & the quality of service that is provided.
