It's the very first time I would like to write a review for highway rest station food. It's so amazed that I decided to put up a review here.

Had a quick lunch here for Nasi Ayam from a store called Citarasa Selera. The taste is good, meat is soft, portion is big and price is affordable. I used to buy kacang and Ikan bilis from them. It's a surprise great find that they made their own kacang and ikan bilis for nasi lemak, it's so fresh and crispy. Many famous nasi lemak store can't beat theirs. So no matter what I ordered from here, I will add on with ikan bilis and kacang. Recommended all to try out their food.

The Rest and Relax stop area in the middle of KESAS highway are really useful among the motorists and food hunters. Although the spot has been here for more than a decade, the building seems to be well maintained, toilets are clean and there are a wide variety of local foods served by the hawkers. Among the famous are Satay Hj. Samuri, it's convenient if we are travelling from KL and in need of a quick snack, this will hit the spot. for the first, wash down the the classic 70s-style sarsi or orange fizzies, or nira. best of its ilk on this side of the banjaran.

for the second, make sure you have the requisite fire fighting equipment handy. go with nasi kukus for the carbo, for it's delicacy.
