Rotiboy R&R Awan Besar — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Staffs with the service provided are terribly bad, each and every time not more than a month whenever passed by this RNR Awan Besar, I wanted to buy Rotiboy, but the each times I visited, the staff will always tell me that ,”roti takde/ tengah buat/kena tunggu/tak tau bile siap. Maybe this outlet very fame for this Rotiboy,🤞🏽I don’t know, but the rudeness level of the staffs are really baddd and made ppl pissed off. Idk how they’d been trained, but at least they shud have the courtesy to be polite...

The first time I bought cheeseboy, it's almost cold. Second time, competely cold already. For this second, and shall be my last time purchase, there's no cheese taste at all. Only yeasty taste, like it's not fully cooked, or probably just too much yeast. The staff is also not too friendly. I suggest that either Rotiboy close this branch, or invest a little higher for a better...

Rude employee, always delay the time of the bread. When you're being polite and asked nicely, they spit it to your face and tell you if can't wait just go home instead.

Edit: revisit this place after 2 months hoping that they will improve but unfortunately their products got even delayed. Now the first order daily only ready by 11:30
