My 1 star rating is give for the hygiene I observed from the shop today. Saw the staffs actually use their full 5 fingers to touch on the ice cream cone biscuits portion. I expect they shall only hold the ice cream cone that has wrap with paper, but he didn't. I feel sarcastic when saw he hands over the ice cream to me with his fingers hold on the top of the ice cream cone which no paper cover that part. This meant if his hand is dirty, then the cone also dirty because he use his fingers direct hold on it. If the staff need hold the upper part of the ice cream cone, can they wear something like plastic...
