I used to visit this place a few times, but my recent experience was beyond disappointing. The service has gone downhill, the taste of the food is nothing like before, and the prices have skyrocketed to an unreasonable level. It feels like they no longer care about quality or customer satisfaction.

The food was bland, poorly prepared, and not worth the inflated price. On top of that, the staff seemed uninterested and slow, making the entire experience frustrating. What was once a decent place is now a complete letdown. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Ps : I'm replying here for your previous message as I'm not able to write a new comment in the platform.

First of all, I appreciate your response, but it seems you have completely mistaken me for someone else. First and foremost, I was not a dine-in customer, so your entire argument about peak hours, waiting times, and the restaurant being busy is entirely irrelevant. In fact, the time I visited, the place was quite empty—so let’s not use excuses to justify poor service.

Secondly, my review was not based on a single experience. I have been a customer long enough to witness the consistently terrible customer service your establishment provides. This isn’t a one-off issue, but rather a repeated pattern of carelessness, lack of professionalism, and refusal to acknowledge any shortcomings. Instead of accepting constructive criticism and improving, you chose to lash out at a customer with baseless accusations.

Your response is a perfect example of why your customer service is subpar. A professional business would acknowledge complaints, take responsibility, and work towards better service—not attack a dissatisfied customer with defensive and misplaced justifications. If you believe your prices are reasonable, that’s entirely your call—but pricing has nothing to do with bad service. There is no excuse for rudeness, dismissiveness, or an unwillingness to improve.

Next time, instead of blaming customers for pointing out your flaws, try running your business with some professionalism. That would do far more for your reputation than writing condescending responses to valid...

Disappointment with my recent dining experience at your establishment. I was extremely shocked to discover that food coloring had been added to the sardine sambal, something I would never expect in such a dish. You can ask me, Why we have finished the food bfr we leave the Shop?!Bro its very simple..My concern is not to leave without paying anything and we re all the way from Klang. We were super Hungry and without any other choice we have to dine over there.Additionally, the pickle had an excessively bitter taste, making it difficult to consume. What made the situation even more concerning was the unprofessional behavior of the restaurant owner. When we started recording a video of the food after noticing the food coloring, the owner immediately approached our table and rudely asked, "What's the problem?" As someone who frequently dines at various restaurants, I always address any concerns whether regarding taste or the overall environment directly with the management. However, in this case, I refrained from doing so because the owner's son was inexplicably recording a video of us, which made the experience even more uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Customers deserve high-quality food and a respectful dining...

Been going here for years but lately the quality has gone down the drain.

Had lunch there today. Me and my friend took rice with 2 vegetables and tofu sambal (I took pumpkin with long beans, my friend took pumpkin and petola), but we were charged differently. The Indonesian waitress who charged us put RM8 for my food and RM12 for hers. Upon asking, she said it’s because my friend took more vegetables and tofu. We both took only 5 pieces of tofu, and the petola was so hard we couldn’t even chew it—she didn’t eat it. And that RM12 was after deducting the petola from her dish. So are you telling me rice, sambar, and 5 pieces of tofu sambal with pumpkin is RM12?

Don’t bother going near the hand wash area. You can see mold on the basin and the hand wash soap bottle. The drain stinks, and it’s so dirty it can make you lose your appetite.

To the owner: You’re paying so much attention to renovating the interior… Maybe you should pay attention to the...

Still good as always, the nasi Lemak Ayam vegetarian surprisingly great!! I thought vegetarian food was lame but my taste has been tamed after trying. ------- Affordable price for good quality vegan food. Highly recommended to all vegans!! The rice portion is surprisingly big and I am really satisfied with the taste of the vegetarian curries and all the sides given. But a bit sad they didn't have fried bitter gourd on that day.. but still good to have this "Vege with Banana Leaf" meal!

Mutton satti soru was very tasty. The rice was well coated in the gravy. Fried chicken bites weren't very good. Maybe because it had hone cold. Chicken liver was good with a nice little spicy kick. Vegetarian nasi goreng ayam was very good. Probably in the top 1% of vegetarian fried rice I've had. We also got vegetarian kuey teow and vegetarian nasi goreng kampung. Both were okay, but not amazing.
