Richeese Factory Kiara Bay — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Came to this place with high expectations as it currently hyped up alot on social media. To put it short, it was rather underwhelming. I ordered the fire chicken burger set which came with a piece of fried chicken, mashed potatoes and a cup of iced mango tea. The fire chicken burger was “nuclear” level but it wasn’t even that hot. The bread and cheese slice were dry, which was very weird. Not a great start. The fried chicken, which was the “spicy volcano” level, fared slightly better as it was crispy on the outside and very juicy on the inside. However, other than the spice and heat, I couldn’t detect any other flavors. The mashed potatoes was hard and clumpy, and the gravy tastes like mushroom soup. The mango tea was too freaking sweet. I only had a few sips and just stopped. Alot of things have to be tweaked if they’re planning to stay in the Malaysian market for a long time.

All modes of payments are accepted here. Parking is plenty. Dining area is rather spacious...

Ordered fire chicken level 2 and it's too spicy for me even I'm a spicy person. I requested for thigh and drumstick before paying and the cashier said okay yes. But when I got it one of it wasn't drumstick so I said to the girl wearing Calvin Klien which appearing to be the manager but she said cannot change. Then I tried my luck again asking the cashier why just now I requested u said yes, then she said sorry, and changed me a drumstick. But right after that, she had been replaced by someone, I think the manager didn't feel good.... 5 stars for the cashier and zero stars for the manager! Even KFC and MCD can request...

1 hour of waiting! I’m waiting at the table in front the counter only. They just looking at us until all the other customer settle. Apparently they miss my order no. The staff at the counter, 1 indian lady, should explain the situation. Not even apologize at all. Then after finish packing my order, the did’nt call my no. or put on the screen. Wasting out time waiting there. The food was good just the staff need to learn how to communicate with customer. Don’t simply let the customer waiting for hour without any...
