Common Space Mini Food Hall — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

The service and management of this restaurant were a complete letdown. My friend and I visited the restaurant at 7:30 pm last night to enjoy a good meal before a busy week of work. However, we only got a table at 7:40 pm, and despite knowing what we wanted, we struggled to get the attention of the waitstaff to take our order. Finally, at 8 pm, we placed our order, and despite being informed that it would take up to 45 minutes, we agreed to wait. Unfortunately, most of the drinks were not available, so we settled for juice and fries to munch on while we waited.

As the clock struck 9 pm, we had not received any updates on our order and had a tough time getting the waitstaff to attend to us. When we finally did manage to flag someone down, they informed us that our order would take another 20 minutes, which was absurd. To make matters worse, the fries that we had ordered earlier were not even served until after we had requested to cancel our order and leave. When they brought the fries, they were completely soggy, which left us wondering if the food had been sitting ready but unnoticed all this time.

We decided to demand our bill, which also took an excessive amount of time. The service was slow, management was disorganized, and the waitstaff were unfriendly and more interested in serving customers at the bar than those who had come to have a meal.

The atmosphere is amazing and the tip top service from the staffs are super attentive and do call them if you want to come on holiday eves or weekends cause it’s usually packed. Loved the pizza there cause I’ve always wanted to go to pizza mansion PJ but it quite far from my place, oh they have free drinking water here too super plus point

1. Magic Mushroom Pizza The truffle taste was ok for the price point but the whole thing was superb the umami from the mushroom paired with the chilli oil they provide for free was everything!

3)Garlic bread Who knew a small garlic bread like that could pack a punch like that the garlic goodness and the crunchy bread yums!

4)Truffle Mac and Cheese Must order because baby this is everything the truffle just the right amount and cheese just enough to prevent you from getting bored...

Miam Miam: My friend & I ordered truffle carbonara with smoked chicken, the food served cold. The white cream itself just couldn’t stick well with pasta when you stirred it, it just too slurry & salty for me.

The beer factory: Ordered their signature chicken chop and the portion size is kinda small. Again, the food is cold when served.

I truly disappointed with the foods & service here. The whole service crew team seems like not readily to serve big crowds. They took long time to clean up the table, serve food when the food is already ready. Not to mention, we also had to take utensils by ourselves. Indeed a bad...
