Inside Scoop Kiara Bay — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Love the place. Kiara bay new area so not many people so easy to get seats and service was super good. Cashier polite & patient with us, we tried many different flavours. They provide free drinkable tap water too, very convenient. Recently they add coffee to the menu, its okay not bad lah. They have waffles too. They sell ice cream cakes - the best one is the fererro cake! Theres plenty of seats so good for groups also. However their coffees not good, so sorry. Expensive, no taste. I tried the mocha and iced matcha latte, no flavour. Feels like drinking milk only. Please improve. Also coffees no takeway bag, have to hold even if u buy more than 1 coffees. Sucks. Hahahha. But here got Many aesthethic decor, can snap instagram shots here. Also theres nearby toilet & plenty parking. Satisfied w our visit here!...

I’m the type of person who remembers people, so when I saw him at Inside Scoop KL Easy Mall today (31st May), I asked if he used to work at the Kiara Bay outlet — and he said yes and today he only cover for other staff at KL East Mall outlet and to my surprise, he suddenly gave me a free ice cream and said it was a treat from him 🥹🥹🥹

He always provided the best service. He took the time to explain each flavour in detail whenever you were curious and always greeted customers warmly.

2024: staff is longer friendly nor helpful. Looked at me blankly when I wanted to claim 40% voucher on Monday and asked me twice for dine in or takeaway and which flavour. Most of the flavours r sweet, including waffles. Staff did not inform other customers for promo on Monday either (today is Monday and before 7pm).

2023: Seats n deco are different from other outlets. Flavours same as others. Fast n professional service but lack of staff when they go for break (only one guy in whole floor) when I went. Self-service free water. Update May 2023: staff may forget to pass order # bottle if order waffle n they hv...
