Roast Kitchen - Pioneer in halal roast duck since 2010 — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Quack...quack..quack...reminds me of that movie Mighty Ducks, hehehehe🤭anywy, 2dy im driving together with my ex bos who are craving for a Crispy Ducks, but where can i get a Halal Crispy Duck in K.L??🤔this is not ipoh where u can find crispy ducks easily. So, here we are hunting that Crispy duck at Roast Kitchen. How we know this place?? actually, my ex bos tried this crispy duck before but that was on delivery. Jz happen that when he mention craving for a duck, so i went google the plz eventually. So here we are at Roast Kitchen hunting for that fresh crispy duck. And it is so Good..so..so...so good...the meat are juicy, the skins are totally crispy. I totally enjoyed having this today and its been awhile. Its hard to have this kond of juicy, crispy, full of flavour and comes with 3 different side sauces. Amazing... that's a guaranteed i can tell u especially for all muslim, u seriously have to try this crispy duck. U wont even get that smell or taste of the duck that much, as that are usually the prob what everyone we're telling me abt duck.🙄 On our visit here yesterday, the owner invite us to checkout the whole process and procedure preparing the Crispy Duck. Guess what??This Crispy duck are actually roast for 3 solid hours.😯😱yup..3 hours m8. Not using that normal oven but that Big Ones. U can see on the pic. Other things that i like, if u want to take away u can choose either packing it normally or vacuum packing. Yea, vacuum pack is the way to do it. U can keep in your fridge,and take out to cook it when u want to eat it.👍btw, they are using nylon vacuum pack, so it means u can also reheat yr pack by using boil hot water. 💁🏻‍♂️Interesting right. The roast duck is very good. Taste, sauces, texture etc. I been told the chef used to be with Marco Polo restaurant, many years ago. Uniquely, the food here is certified Halal which means my Muslim friends can finally get a taste of premium roast ducks.

However, this is not a proper restaurant. It is a central roasting kitchen that has a utilitarian room at the front for on-site eating. Majority of orders are take away.

Thoughtful vacuum sealed packaging means hassle free handling and re-heating procedures. Do enquire before purchase.

A gem in a hidden place. I was wondering why did i not found this a long time ago. While its famous among royalties and foreigners, it was not known to me this place existed for almost 10 yrs in Maluri. Even supplied to most of halal roasted duck famous hotel in Klang Valley. Finally a HALAL roasted duck place. I think i could eat the whole duck on my own. Well balanced flavoured roasting technique. Soft and juicy duck meat.

Well worth it.
