So late at night, we just finished some events nearby and decided to get a simple dinner at subway. Thinking that there's some free refills like most other subway does... When we sent in the store it was literally a ghost town.. understandable since the surrounding was quite quiet...
After a few mins looking at the workers inside she came out with a not so satisfied face like we came in closing time.. so I asked the staff what time do they closed and she replied 10 and I proceeded my orders.
To think it's quite a disappointment that the food were made so poorly unlike other subways normally the sandwich has loads of fillings & bulky... this were more like a squished bread by comparison. After finished eating and decided to get a refill to my surprise she said it was Rm1.30 for a refill. So I'm like ok nevermind I handed to her Rm2 she gave back Rm0.60 noticing additional 8% sst. Kept quite and went back to my seat.
After taking the first sip it's literally bland till the point like I'm drinking mineral. When I opened the lid it's nearly transparent (Water with colorings) I went back and ask why is it bland and is the color supposed to be like that? She pretend like nothing happened.. (like what is she color blind? Orange juice taste like water...) She went in and get some refill mumbling with the other girl staff seemingly complaining at her. After she changed the refill pack or whatever, she took my drinks and threw it down the drains and refill another cup giving those unsatisfied faces..
Literally wow? Thank you for such great first impression at that outlet..unstandable it's late and perhaps the workers were tired.. but as long as you charge people with SST (sales & SERVICE tax) do make sure there is service in the first place. Wouldn't hurt to just...

We felt cheated we came in groups ordered on different time paying ownself and each of us are giving RM50 banknotes and the cashier just refuse to accept and persistently asked us to give small change when we can see the cashier content have plenty of small change like way enough for the next 20 customers onwards which can still roll back later on. The fact I could give 1 star is because of the taste of the food still remain the same as other branches at its finest as fast food. The mood is totally blew off the scamming and the way the staff is refusing out money. If you don't have small change how is that your customer's problem. It's a basic fundamental to open a franchise business and subway is not a company name that no one knows. You are expected to run on daily basis with a well prepared petty cash. The “bad day” excuse doesn’t mean anything as I’m a regular here and this happens ALL the time. Staff speaks to you in a rude, sarcastic tone. Seen the staff shout at customers and even roll their eyes. Very impatient and if you ask a single question they will scold you. Please train your staff to have BASIC manners, this is a customer facing service role, for God’s sake!
