Savanna Bukit Jalil — Local services in Kuala Lumpur

As nice as the premise is, some of the the rules and regulations are unreasonable and make no sense (unless the committee is filled with control-freak members). The security has become more unreasonably uptight against the residents, yet crime is still a problem. The management should learn from a better residence such as The Saffron at Sentul, which has an excellent security system that makes you feel safe without micromanaging the residents with unnecessary rules.

It's a spacious place but the building is quite old. The material of the buildings (wall, door, ceiling) are pretty cheap and thin. You can hear footsteps really loudly and people giggling form another unit. The place is right in front of Bukit Jalil stadium meaning all the noises from the concert will break through your window and it's pretty troublesome

This management is really terrible, with many unreasonable charges and rules for tenants. For example, to use the swimming pool, tenants must have a tenant card, and the same goes for the gym. However, this tenant card is simply a means for you to prove you are a tenant when using these facilities; it serves no other purpose. This tenant proof card is neither an access card nor a parking card.
