As nice as the premise is, some of the the rules and regulations are unreasonable and make no sense (unless the committee is filled with control-freak members). The security has become more unreasonably uptight against the residents, yet crime is still a problem. The management should learn from a better residence such as The Saffron at Sentul, which has an excellent security system that makes you feel safe without micromanaging the residents with unnecessary rules.

For example, to use the swimming pool, tenants must have a tenant card, and the same goes for the gym. However, this tenant card is simply a means for you to prove you are a tenant when using these facilities; it serves no other purpose.
