The Mad Alchemy @ IMU University (OG) — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Definitely the best coffee around International Medical University. My week wouldn't be complete if I did not get their coffee. It is definitely a little more expensive than the other options but the quality and variety of coffee is great. They have some interesting choices that I'd like to recommend such as the dirty matcha, which is a matcha latte with a shot of espresso or their triple c which is every chocolate coffee lovers dreams. They recently started a line of milkshakes such as sesame and matcha too. Do stop by and try it. In addition to that the lemon white chocolate muffin is oozing with lemon curd which is my personal favorite. A definite recommendation...

matcha was a letdown unsurprisingly, hojicha is decent but needs to be a little stronger. their teh tho…. it makes me very sad that there’s no good tea in this school. the tea leaves taste kinda cheap, proportions are kinda off, and i have to go out of school to get good tea 😞

edit: btw, theres a coffee truck in sri petaling next to mcdonalds selling cheaper than yall that truly balances quality and affordability with their thoughtful sourcing. food...

I really recommend their Matcha Latte, it's earthy with subtle sweetness 🍵 and I hope they could come up more Matcha drinks variations.
