The Chicken Rice Shop AEON Metro Prima Kepong — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Came eating today to the shop with a happy mood and left with a foul mood.

We came, sat and ordered and had to wait about fifteen minutes for our drinks. They got our drinks wrong which is acceptable, got our respective drinks then, but then we waited and then saw the table beside and in front of us being served first before us even when we came first and they came later. It was understandable as it was kinda at the peak time ( 12 pm) but then we waited more and our food is yet to be served at our table. Asked for our order and they said, "kejap,"

Understandable but my whole family was already feeling a bit upset since our food hasn't arrived yet.

Then we waited some more and then the initial waiter which took our order came suddenly and asked, "ada apa-apa lagi ke?“

That was kinda upsetting since we've yet to get our order and he asked quite an insensitive question to us when we're already quite hangry.

We had to wait 1 hour for our orders to finally arrive and at that point the table that came after us had already finished their eating, leaving us feeling quite sour with the incident.

We were ready to just up and go and dine at another restaurant if not for feeling sorry for my younger siblings that were already starving.

The waiter that took and sent our orders was kind, he kept apologising and apparently we heard that the staffs in the kitchen had lost our order receipt, and skipped our order thus making us wait for 1 hour.

We finally got to eat but it left a sour aftertaste in our mouths after encountering such incident.

I feel sorry for the manager and waiter that had to bear the responsibility just because of the stupid and careless mistake made by the staffs in the kitchen that lost our receipt. Just because of those lots, the others had to bear the brunt from it.

Just thinking that if we didn't confront the staffs about our order, we'd probably still be waiting for our dishes to arrive which is horrendous.

Would probably never dine-in at this particular outlet ever again at this mall because of the careless kitchen staffs.

Just hoping that the waiter and manager transfer to another outlet that doesn't demean their hardwork just because of some staffs that had such trouble to handle a...

Very very very poor services. No customer and not even taking orders from us. Keep us waiting for 20 minutes. Such a waste of time. The staff took order beside my table. We are waiting for him to come and take my orders but he pass by us and just left us without taking any orders. When I was noticing he was talking and cleaning the table nearby our table. When I inform at the counter also they never took order from us. We came, sat and ordered after 20 minutes and had to wait about 25 minutes more for our order to be receive. There are at least 4-5 staffs walking around but their service is so slow and inattentive. We only ordered 3 chicken rice and a bottle of mineral water, yet we waited for 20+min to get our food, with 1 soup missing and no water…. Then i went to a female waitress to ask for the water only she gave us the bottle of mineral water. After that we kept asking the waiters around to get the third bowl of soup and finally got it when we almost finished the meal… I dont understand why they looked so busy running here and there yet they still cannot give good service , the tables are not even full. The chicken and the rice should be precooked (as the food were not super hot when served) i dunno why they took so long to serve the food and missed out one soup. Food is just normal but not worth the price. Really...
