As a person who works in f&b myself. Your shop operates 10-10, i came at 9pm. Your apps shows aren milk tea pearl is available. But couldn't order through apps so i came to the outlet, 9pm bro, pearl habis sudah ka? Ka takmau buat sbb sejam lg mau closing? Pastu my aren also finished? Apps ada pula aren. Dehek? If your staffs feel like they own the place, you guys should do something. I re-edit because i faced this AGAIN! ORDERED AT FOODPANDA AROUND 9PM, MY DRINKS ARRIVED AT 9.28PM. THEY CANCEL MY DRINK BECAUSE PEARL HABIS? IDK WHY THEY CANCEL I CAN FEEL IT BCS OF PEARL. BCS I ADDED PEARL IN MY DRINK. SAMPAI2...

Very poor service. Very often there are something not right that customers are not allowed to make any purchase or have to wait unreasonably long (eg ask customers to come back after 30 min)

Today 20/1: staff don’t accept my order and ask me to come back after 1/2 hour. Reason: there are certain ingredients/ materials are being delivered.

Sometimes only cash is acceped. Can’t use e-wallet or credit card. Sometimes system is down. Not accepting orders Sometimes the machines are not working. There are just too many problems too frequent.

I hope the HQ look into this...
