US PIZZA - Kepong, KL — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Please upgrade your kepong branch. Only one Bangladesh worker which is for me not professional in terms of customer service and his attire, (wearing a uniform with a stain of powder and full of sweat in the back and wearing slipper and also not wearing a hat with head full of sweat too)and also not so manner in dealing with customer. When I going to counter order and he can still WhatsApp voice messaging. I assume maybe he working alone include the kitchen too.

When I step inside the store I feel so hot and I see only 1 aircon is turn on (is reasonable because no customer at that time) and we sit at the aircon unit below. But me and my children feel so hot, therefore I ask the staff, is it aircon rosak? (Because I see they open another fan at floor too), then he answer me, “abang tak sejuk ar? Saya rasa sangat sejuk, saya keluar Dari dalam saya rasa sejuk” . Don’t wish to elaborate further so I just say is ok maybe is we 3 person problem only just we feel hot.

Then when order I ordering set and I’m asking like can change the drink to another cheaper drink, then his reply is simply, I don’t wan say is rude but is very unprofessional seems like he never get any training before.

Above all u can check back the cctv and witness it...

Came here around 8.30pm. There were only 2 tables and they were halfway eating. We didn't have to wait long for our food. Food was served fast, hot and nice. The shop was quite warm when we walked in. 1 out of 2 airconds was on. I asked to turn on the 2nd one and the staff obliged without a fuss. However, they only accept cash. The staff said it was their boss's instruction. Also, the staff didn't close the service counter door properly, resulting much noise from the kitchen - staff conversion and maybe watching a movie or something. Overall, our 1st experience here is positive. Likely...

I went there with my family for dinner at 6pm about 1 month ago. When I want to place order, the staff told us need to wait for a least 30 mins due to short of man power. At that time only got 1 family dine there. Therefore, we just walk out & go for other food. I will never come back to this branch anymore, very bad service, if not enough staff just hire more staff to solve...
