We visited this place for breakfast on a weekend, and as it was still early, there was ample parking available. The restaurant was nearly full, and we were promptly escorted to our table. The menu was entirely in Chinese, accompanied by photos to help decipher the dishes. The lady taking our orders appeared impatient and slightly annoyed when answering our questions. Enquiring about the dumpling filling, she only mentioned pork, though there was actually prawn and spring onion in it.
We ordered a Curry Chicken Wantan Noodle 乾咖哩鸡全蛋麵 (RM9.50), Shredded Chicken Wantan Noodle 净鸡丝全蛋麵 (RM8.50), and Fried Dumplings 炸水饺 (RM10.00 for 5 pieces). The noodles were thinner and springier than other places, which we appreciated, but the overall taste was rather bland and dry. The curry chicken lacked aroma, and the wantan was average. The fried dumplings were crispy and satisfying, although the accompanying chili sauce was not impressive. The portion size was standard, and the prices were acceptable.
The kitchen staff were all wearing masks and aprons, but they didn't have head coverings. The servers had masks beneath their chins, with no aprons or head coverings. The restaurant is reasonably clean and...
Read moreI had a truly disappointing experience at this noodle shop. As soon as we sat down, the lady boss treated us terribly. She gave us an angry look as if we were inconveniencing her just by being there. We weren't even given a chance to look at the menu before she forced us to order. I even saw she threw the menu at other customers. The whole interaction felt rude and unprofessional, and honestly, it was uncomfortable.
If the lady boss is going to work with such a bad attitude and not enjoy it, then maybe it's time for her to retire. If she feels she's not qualified to retire, maybe it's time to go back and learn how to treat customers professionally.
The food itself was okay- nothing special or worth the hassle, and definitely not something I'd consider a must-try. But the lack of courtesy and respect from the lady boss completely overshadowed any positive aspects.
I really hope she learns that basic decency and...
Read moreThe wonton noodles were a mix of good and bad. The noodles were springy and had a nice bite, but the shredded chicken was very disappointing—it was tough, dry, and lacked flavor. The mushrooms and chicken feet were okay, but nothing special, just average in taste.
What made the experience worse was the attitude of the owner. She was rude and unapproachable, which made the entire visit unpleasant. Food quality is important, but good customer service matters just as much. Unfortunately, this place fails on that front. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for both decent food and a pleasant...
