It was one of those days when I had a sudden craving for fish ball noodles and especially with 飛碟 (fish skin wanton) at its sides, I’m hooked! So, when I was searching for a place to get this, I found that a stall in KL was serving this. Read the reviews, it was not that bad either…and I Wazed for it. This stall is one of those hawker stalls that’s located in a rather busy part of KL and surrounding area were flats. Ordered a bowl of noodles (dry) and it came with the soup bowl with the fish balls, fish cake and I added the fish skin wantons. The soup to me felt a little salty but it could be because it contained pickled radish bits in it but overall, the freshness of the fish balls and the skin wanton redeemed it. Overall, a satisfying meal even though had to drive quite a distance to come here but it was all worth it! Will I come back? I would say yes because I read that their curry noodles are not that bad either. 🤡❤️

I joined a lady, who lived nearby, at a table relatively early. There were many orders in person and take-aways ahead. Waited for a while to be served - dry noodles with a bowl of protein. No seaweed, no yau mak vege. The lady i shared a table with brought her own! Lol. Fish cake slices, too very finely sliced. A few small fishballs and 1 ufo (treasure in my bowl)! Added on a side of fried spring rolls - this was a delight. Flaky good on the outside, soft, chewy-nice in the inside. Should have added on a bowl of ufos - fish skin wan tons and maybe fishcakes too. Lol. Food can be a little salty - it was to me. But the crowd keeps coming, so perhaps worth a stop-over. You be the judge.

Hidden gem alert! Nestled along the bustling Jln Pudu Ulu, this family-run fishball noodle hawker stall is a must-visit. With three generations pouring love into their recipes, you can feel the authenticity in every bite. The place is immaculately clean, and the food—especially the fish balls and fish cake—is fresh and flavorful. Don't let its humble roadside location fool you; this stall offers quality at a very fair price. If you're a traveler seeking a local food experience, mark your maps for a breakfast or meal here. They're open from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Highly recommended!"
