ZUS Coffee - Desa Petaling — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

I just now go desa petaling 25/12/2024.. I in cashier talking with 1 lady.. I need to use shopee voucher rm 12...the cashier told me they cannot scan.. Because want use the voucher need scan first... Then I say nevermind you ask your manager later I around 20 to 30 min come back I go eating first. When I'm come back the lady not around. I say oh my god, another staff they also don't know... Excuse me Zuc Coffee please You do This Promotion With shopee make sure all staff know.. If not ask we how to claim... Waiting there... Long timing? .. Nevermind. Ecually the lady is manager... She name fatehah.. Omg, self as a manager why don't let me know... At the first I'm asking for manager.. Service too bad.... Fine I'm waiting there again... One of the staff bane Aidan.. He very good staff.. What he done for me.. He say nevermind what you want to order Just Order And Talk Out.. Zuc proud you have like this kind staff.. Very understand, helping and good service... Yes I take the cake... Very nice to eat.. Thank you Zuc coffee. Hope you can upgrade more...

My lovely Zus finally open a branch at Desa Petaling! 🎊 The coffee quality is good and kaw even it's a new branch. Staffs are all friendly, polite and well trained, the take away/delivery packaging also on point👍🏻 I really appreciate they have packed my cold and hot coffee separately, and packed the coffee and food so well that I can carried out all alone 😅 Thank you so much! Very standard design and quality. Located in Desa Petaling, expect to have difficulty in getting a parking.

Like in other outlets than I've visited, service is pretty good with friendly staff. Packaging is a bit interesting for delivery as they also provide the cover for hot drinks, no idea why it's needed.

Drinks are all good, don't feel much difference, still offering great espresso at...
