Kuah Town Seafood — Restaurant in Langkawi Island

Not a pleasant experience in visiting this restaurant :-

1. has been told that their restaurants have crabs with different weights eg. 400g, 500g, 700g. As the price follows the weight of the crab, i have ordered for a crab around 400g, and specifically emphasised that the lesser weight the better, they promised the same to serve me a crab around 400g. (we had already taken our dinner elsewhere, visited here just to have a taste of the crab and prawn, wants to try different restaurants during my trip in langkawi) ended up they served me a 550 gram crab which costs me rm 66 without first asking me whether it's okay to serve us a 550 gram crab if smaller crabs are out of stock nor telling me it's a 550 gram crab until I saw the bill.
2. not feel welcomed, there are two bunches of customers dining in, but the bosses only entertained the two bunches of customers, find it quite awkward sitting at the table designated by them.
3. told them I want a receipt when I made payment, and they intentionally ignored my request and confirmed that I do not want a receipt 😒

This is cut throat restaurant, this is honest review whoever must believe otherwise you will be the next victim. We was there to have our dinner, the menu very expensive so we order cheapest dishes, and initially we thought that it will worth for money, unfortunately when the dishes were served (look at photo uploaded) it was extremely small portion especially the mantis shrimp (the triangle plate) just consist a few little pieces of mantis shrimps was cost RM25, the 4 season vegetables RM16 (without petai), claypot tauhu RM16 (using cheap round Japanese tauhu) and fried prawn egg RM16 (cannot find the prawn, just a few minced prawn mixed with egg, chinese tea RM1.50 a cup. The total bill cost RM83, that is too expensive with small portion and low quality ingredients.
