I went there on 11/2 with my husband and my younger brother since we used our Langkawi Klook Pass (more value for money if you book Splash Out's admission tickets via Klook) for admission. 👍
Since we came around 5pm+, not much rides that we could play but there were lesser crowds 👍 (We were the last patrons to leave the theme park 😅) At that time, the wave pool's wave mechanism was under maintanance but we can still go into the wave pool minus the waves. We had so much fun as we had the whole pool to ourselves since nobody else had bothered to enter the pool hahaha 🤣👍
Some tips for first timers like me 🤔: Highly advised to book tickets in advance via online or apps like Klook (can get cheaper rates if lucky) but you can still walk-in for your purchase Please take note that not all of the rides opened at the same time. Either you are willing to stay for one whole day to play on all of the rides or just come for a short while for play on specific rides that's up to you. Lockers are available on rent but they use e-wallet (cashless payments) for rental fees (my husband uses e-wallet to rent a big locker for 3 of us to share) From what i've heard, cashless transactions are used throughout the theme park (food court), so you need to topup money into your ticket wristband for the cashless transaction. Refunds are available but you need to be alert the time cut-off for the refunds. Personal gazebo huts are available on rent at the gift shop for RM80 for the whole day. Sounds pricey but if you come in a large group/family and are staying for almost a day then this is a good idea. Towels are available on rent at the gift shop for RM10 but you need to pay an additional deposit (Maybe around RM30 but not sure whether per towel or per head, I don't know. Bring your own towel, less fuss hehehe)
For a small and decent water theme park, i think it was good 🥰👍 The staff is helpful (she offered to help us to take our pictures at the entrance arch when we were leaving the waterpark.) We would love to visit Splash Out again 😄👍
Thanks for the...

The road leading to the place could be made more welcoming. There are a few rundown buildings along the way that might give visitors a “not sure if I’m on the right track” feeling. Improving the signage or sprucing up the surroundings would create a much better first impression.
Parking may be a short walk away, but it is manageable. Adding a buggy service in the future would make the experience even more convenient, especially for families or larger groups.
Although a few adventurous rides were under maintenance, the wave pool and slide were already a big hit and guaranteed fun for children and families. A quick update on social media about ride availability would make it even better, but there’s still plenty to enjoy.
The changing rooms are thoughtfully designed with separate areas for the toilet, shower, and clothings. They are clean, well maintained, and very convenient for visitors.
The staff here are one of the highlights – friendly, professional, and always attentive. Their welcoming attitude makes the whole visit much more enjoyable.
This place has so much potential. While it is not overcrowded, it can easily become a lively destination for events, company retreats, or community activities. Its location is also a big plus – right in town and only 30 minutes from Cenang Beach – offering the perfect alternative to the usual beach or island tours.
Overall, this is a great spot for both families and groups, and with just a little more promotion, it could easily become one of Langkawi’s favourite...
Read moreThis is by far the worst water park I’ve ever been to.
After making the trip (the park is not close to the main tourist areas), we arrived only to discover that the vast majority of slides were closed. The website gives no warning about this, so you only find out after you’ve already arrived.
Since there was a discounted ticket price and three slides I wanted to try, I decided to give it a go. The first slide was fun, but then came the unpleasant surprise: the other two slides that staff at the entrance assured me were open turned out to be “closed.”
When I asked the lifeguards (who were resting in a hut), they casually told me the slides were under maintenance. After some awkward back-and-forth, hesitation, and blank stares, they suddenly decided to open one — allowing me, my partner, and two others to ride it before closing it again.
When I wanted to go again or try the other slide, I was told it was only possible if there were three or four people. This requirement was nowhere in the posted rules. Honestly, it felt more like the staff simply didn’t want to work. I don’t entirely blame them — they seemed quite demotivated — and the ultimate responsibility lies with the park’s management and ownership.
The facilities themselves look worn out, neglected, and almost post-apocalyptic. There is no proper maintenance, no transparency, and no sense of customer care.
Overall, it was a terrible and disappointing experience. I left feeling scammed, and I strongly advise tourists to avoid this water park and its unpleasant surprises until major...
