This is a typical kampung (village) stall, serving mostly to the locals. As such, the food prices are affordable e.g. roti canai kosong MYR1.50 and the famous roti sarang burung special at MYR7.50. If you’re coming here for the first time, try the roti sarang burung special (see photo); it looks delicious and tastes awesome. There are also nasi lemak (rice cooked in coconut milk) with various toppings but you will need the waiter to decipher for you the “codes” written on the packaging, e.g.”BT” for bilis & telur (anchovies and boiled egg). Some are quite spicy so ask the very courteous and helpful waiter for a recommendation.

We came around 8:00am on a weekday, when the stall was quite busy (about 70% tables were occupied) but service was fast; all our order were served within 15 minutes. However, there were quite a number of cars parked on the roadside so we parked our car slightly further away, where the road shoulder was a little bit wide. Try not to park your rental car right in front of the stall, to give ample space for the locals in their small motorbikes to come and get the breakfast for takeaway. It pays to...

Craving for local breakfast? This is definitely the place for local style breakfast. Roti Canai with teh tarik spot. All the roti canai was really crispy, made on the spot and nice. Their beef was really tender and soft. Do try their roti sarang burung and roti penarak. The spot is a bit outskirt but a hidden gem. Tek tarik is a bit normal but all the roti was really delicious. Recommended for breakfast do come earlier. We reach around 10 and luckily there's still dough left. May close early as customers coming few minutes after us have no more dough...

The best roti canai I tasted so far. Also the gulai kawah daging is so nice. A must visit bfast place if you are staying near kuah. Just forget abt the hotel bfast pls.

Unfortunately no gulai ikan when we went there. Roti Bakar with telur goyang a bit sweet coz they put sweet soy sauce.

My husband ordered roti balak (roti canai gulung with beef filling) but they put the banjir gravy makes it soggy and not crispy. Many ordered roti sarang burung so better order that. Waiting time is half an hour as so many ppl...

This place is about 10mins from the eagle square It is in a residential area. As such likely a local breakfast joint. Street parking is available and please be park properly n not obstruct others getting out later. There are at least 10 items on the menu n additional nasi sold on the spot. The food is nice n attractively priced. While the staff couldn't speak much english they tried to understand what i wanted n did a good job.
