A Culinary Delight in Port Dickson….
As a proud Penangite, I'm accustomed to the rich tapestry of flavors that our food scene has to offer. Penang is renowned for its culinary excellence, a reputation built on a diverse array of dishes that tantalize the taste buds. However, during a recent visit to Port Dickson, I stumbled upon a hidden gem that rivaled even my beloved Penang cuisine.
The experience at this establishment was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I entered, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the stage for what would be a memorable dining experience. The staff were attentive and passionate about their offerings, ensuring that every guest felt valued.
Each dish I sampled was a testament to the kitchen's dedication to quality and flavor. The attention to detail was evident, with fresh ingredients and masterful preparation elevating the meals to an art form. The balance of flavors and textures was remarkable, showcasing the culinary skills that can easily compete with those found in Penang.
I wholeheartedly commend this establishment for their outstanding service and commitment to excellence. It is clear that they take pride in their craft, and I encourage them to continue their journey of culinary innovation. If you find yourself in Port Dickson, do not miss the opportunity to indulge in this exceptional dining experience. Keep up the...

Next door is Fatt Kee Restaurant, which tends to attract a bigger crowd. One thing to note: the menu does not list prices, so it’s best to confirm with the lady boss before ordering. For instance, she introduced the jenahak at RM85/kg, which I felt was fair since wet markets usually sell raw jenahak for about RM38–40/kg.
We went as a group of five and initially wanted to order more, but the lady boss stopped us, saying six dishes were enough — and she was right. The dry pot cabbage was outstanding, the mixed vegetables came with a delightful mix of greens and wood ear mushrooms, and the spicy crab, though not actually spicy, was tasty. Every dish was polished clean, and we left very satisfied.
RM276 for 5 pax. Prices of dishes we ordered:
Spicy Crab – RM118
Steamed Mantou – RM1 each
Wok-fried Bamboo Prawns – RM28
Hotplate Tofu – RM20
Mixed Vegetables – RM16
Dry Pot Cabbage – RM18
Jenahak – RM55 (RM85/kg)
