Domino's Nilai — Restaurant in Negeri Sembilan

I called the number the lady was very rude. She didn't give me a proper name. I'm a customer and she was accusing me of giving her a wrong address when all the while she was looking for a place that they don't cover, thats what I wanted to know. I called to know if my area was covered. If she couldn't find in the system it basically means it doesn't cover, but she kept accusing me of not giving it and then when I pointed out is it possible that they don't cover and gave another address to check and it was available in the system. And she was very rude saying you don't your address how to deliver and she does what she wants to not what the customer wants. Already chose parking delivery, waiting like 5mins and no one came.

Had to park in the parking space and paid for the lot! If you can’t offer the option please don’t make it available at the first place!! Waiting like stupid for no reason!

Poor counter service as need to wait for period of time to be attended. Literally only 2 person Incharged.

I'm okay with the late service I experienced last time, but yesterday the second time I came my pizza was ready but yet to be packed in plastic. I actually came one hour late from the pick up time. What make it worst is my pizza orders were not enough and missed out by them. They don't call me, it was me who call them to rechecked and by then only they said some of my pizza were still there.
