Golden View Hotel Nilai — Hotel in Negeri Sembilan

I stayed here as a solo female traveller. Prior to arriving at hotel i received several messages from the hotel about taxi from hotel which I booked. I was arriving fairly late at the hotel (approx 1am) and leaving next morning at approx 7am so this was just an opportunity to get few hours sleep before my next flight. When I arrived I checked in and went up to my room and noticed that the security bolt on my room didn't work but as I was tired and not staying long I was not too worried. I then remembered I had not confirmed with the receptionist about my early morning taxi so I went back down and confirmed. He was polite but slightly over-friendly. I went back up to my room and got into bed fully clothed and with my backpack against the door as I had an uneasy feeling. 10 minutes later i received a whatsapp asking if I wanted 'funtime' in my room and then the taxi ride would be free. I responded asking who it was and that the message was inappropriate as well as that I was married. His response being 'really..are you married?'. I was scared and freaked out but after 15 minutes i realised it was the receptionist and I couldn't stay there any longer and packed my bags.I called an uber so it would be ready to collect me when I went down. I went down and demanded my money back to which he responded he couldnt do and called the manager. To my shame I was too embarrassed to tell the Manager exactly what happened but also because I was scared of what may happen to me..it was late and there was no-one else around in the hotel. I managed to get my money back as another Recptionist must have realised what happened and told the first receptionist to give me the money back from his own pocket. I advised Booking.com what happened and they were not helpful but hotel told them I was a no show. I am fairly confident woman but this really made me overly aware and cautious. DONT STAY HERE SOLO FEMALE...

Did not made any reservation and was trying my luck to get a room for a small family. Most "normal" rooms were taken and the smallest left was a family with king + single beds one. The rate wasn't bad so I proceeded.

1st time experiencing a 404 but I did find the room. The thing missing is a portion of a bed space. Jokes aside, the space was huge (at least for my need).

Please remember to bring your own toothbrush+paste set. 3 bottles of water and 3 packets of 3-in-1 coffee packs were provided except a water kettle. You may get your hot water from the ground floor water dispenser though. And, unfortunately, the hair drier just stopped working after running for less than 3 seconds.

Had a nice stay in this budget hotel for 2 nights. Price is very reasonable about RM200 for 2 nights in a single room with double single bed. They provide water kettle, 2 bottles of water, 2 towels and instant water heater. First glance going into the lobby was simple yet beautiful and have nice and clean scent. Room wise wasn't 100% clean thoroughly, the floor had hairs, some dirty particles here and there and some ants crawling around, they do not provide slippers. The wall had old leaking stains which they should of done some painting. However bedsheet and mattress was clean. Water heater works fine, isn't as bad as I thought it be for a budget hotel.
