I booked signature room:|1)Pro: |Big tv, good tv channel, good mattress, large bed, beautiful room and very comfortable place to stay. My son loves the room. Location is good for stay in nilai. Near thailand eateries.|2)Con:|Low water pressure(4th floor), water not very hot. Both is toleratable but housekeeping need to improve both in manners and cleanliness of the room.|3) incidents:|I went downstair to iron cloth, when get back i was shocked to see the house keeper was trying to unlock my room using his card. It was 11.40am and I said didnt checkout yet. In spite of saying sorry he replied after 12 surcharge is apply. Do you think customer dont know about the hotel policy? Is it your norm to just open the door while we are in or not even check out yet? Other hotel use walkie talkie to communicate between the reception & housekeeper so that non of this problem occurs. Why bother rushing to clean room for the next check in as if your work is properly done because when i first check in ciggerrates and ashes in the ashtray was not thrown away and it brought bad smell in the entire toilet and was no good for my baby.|4)conclusion:|You have a good hotel and room. I hope to see changes regarding the highlighted matters when...

It isn't too far from the airport though, so it would be suited for a cheaper, decent hotel if you're looking to rest and recharge in Malaysia before flying on. I've also had someone recommend the hotel if you're planning to do day trips to the beach.||||As for what's around the hotel - I didn't spend too much time looking around, but there is at least 3 eateries nearby. I couldn't really see anything else within walking distance, other than a temple - which looked rather functional, and I'm not sure if they'd appreciate tourists...

After that, tried a few times to call in, can't get through, believe that they actually plug off the landline, finally after a while, I was able to call through again, same thing happened again, being cut off rudely. Hence, the reason why I'm giving 1 star review, because of bad customer experience with the staff and I believe with bad customer service, a hotel won't worth more than 1...
