TERRIBLE SERVICE! During my recent visit to a well-known restaurant, I experienced extremely disappointing service that left me and my family deeply dissatisfied. I am writing this complaint to express my frustration regarding the unacceptable treatment we received.
Firstly, upon entering the restaurant, we were welcomed by a terrible smell coming from the kitchen area. The unpleasant odor made it difficult to enjoy the atmosphere, and it was clear that proper hygiene and cleanliness were not being maintained. This was the first sign of poor service, but unfortunately, the situation only worsened.
Secondly, despite there being enough space inside, the staff refused to add tables for I and my family to sit. When we asked for additional seating, they rudely declined our request without offering any explanation. Instead, they insisted that we sit outside in the heat, where the temperature was unbearable. This lack of consideration made us feel unwelcome and undervalued as customers.
A restaurant should prioritize customer comfort and satisfaction, but this experience proved otherwise. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with respect, and no family should be forced to endure such discomfort. I strongly urge the management to address these issues, improve their customer service, and ensure that all customers are treated fairly.

HOWEVER what happened today was that, they actually served me BURNT steak. i had talked to one of the waitresses & asked her to replace it with a new one because it was literally BURNT & as hard as the plate it was served in. The waitress shot me a rude glance and said that i didn’t state whether i wanted it medium rare or not fully cooked when they didn’t even ask me about how i wanted it served in the first place. my other family members ordered steak as well and it was all medium rare without them stating what state they wanted the food to be served in. i said exactly that to the waitress and she just went to the cashier to “discuss”. then she shortly came back with the same thing and said that it can’t be helped. i tried talking to her even more but she just walked away rudely. bad dining experience. never...
Read moreGuess we went too late. We reach after 10.30pm. We saw that the opening hours is till 12am. But they didn't mention anything about last call or something. We order our meal before 10.45pm,and they are ok with the request that dessert will be serve last.all food reach to us latest at 11.15pm. In the end,they come to us twice for us that dessert have to be served as they are closing the dessert area.yes,we are force for the dessert to serve around 11.30pm? As we are rushing our food to finish,they didn't even bother to mentioned to help us pack our remaining food and yet ask us to pay our food around 11.50pm. Pork chop too dry,our chicken wing too dry. And yes, our dessert drip on the floor as it melt. We request boxes as we pack our remaining fries and chicken wing back as we saw that time timing going to be 12am.
