McDonald's Shell Port Dickson DT — Restaurant in Negeri Sembilan

I visited the McDonald's at Shell Port Dickson yesterday around 6pm and was left extremely disappointed with my experience. After ordering, I waited for almost 40 minutes for my food, only to be left frustrated and disappointed.

The worst part was that there was no one in the Mc Cafe department to attend to me or provide any updates on the status of my order. It was like they had forgotten about me and my food.

To make matters worse, I had ordered two Americanos and was looking forward to enjoying them with my meal. Unfortunately, they were not ready when I finally received my food after an eternity of waiting. It's unbelievable that a simple order like this could take so long.

I am extremely disappointed in the lack of service and efficiency at this McDonald's location. A 40-minute wait for food is unacceptable, and the fact that there was no one in the Mc Cafe department to attend to me or provide any updates is...

this is one of those branch bad management that use FIRST IN LAST OUT method to deal with drive-thru customer’s order. If u buy 9 set breakfast, they will ask you to wait at least half an hour (no joke!) in order to give all later customers who has less order 1st. They kept giving and giving to 6-8 customers who were AFTER ME and all gone but i still waiting and ask me to wait after half hour! What a stupidest branch ever i been for so many decades with Mcdonalds! luckily the branch near my house never work such illogically like this!!

they sent tea 1st, then after 10min send coffee, then after 10min sent 7 mcfin then after went down complaint 10min again send balance 2 mcfin. i need to scroll down 3 times car windows to being ask & confirm my bill, 3 times car windows to collect orders, walked to drive-thru window to complaint, lastly 1 more time car windows to collect...

It's ok la though we came last night around 4 am and once our turn came, the cashier wasn't focused and looking at somewhere else until I had to hold my order first and waited for her to look back at me. Then, while we were sitting there, the staff was sweeping the floor and we were the only customers. When he was near us, he kept banging the broom on the floor, seemed like he didn't like us there because perhaps he wanted to sweep the floor at our table. Even so, you could have told us, you could have asked us nicely if you wanted to sweep there. Not banging and banging the broom. Such disrespectful! It's a...
