Love going to zus for their excellent coffee, tasty treats, nice ambience .... and also have been to many zus outlets , but i think zus senawang takes the win for the worst staff .. am sorry, as i rarely give negative comments .. but have to highlight this as it is vastly different from other zus outlets. So far have only been to this outlet twice since it's opening, hoping 1st time the service was a glitch, but it was worse the second time =P. Here's why :

   Read moreI decided to order my usual Earl Grey Milk Tea via the app, but this particular outlet had disabled online orders (pickup) â understandable since it was close to closing time. So, I walked in and placed my order at the counter around 9:30 PM.
The place was quite busy, and the waiting time was long, but I had no issues since I wasnât in a rush. When my order was finally ready, the staff apologized for the wait, which I appreciated.
However, when I got to my car, I noticed my Earl Grey Milk Tea looked darker than usual. I assumed it mightâve been the last bit from the jar, but after taking a sip, I realized I was given Cham instead of my usual drink. Now here I am at 6:40 AM, wide awake, thanks to the caffeine I didnât plan on consuming.
I understand mistakes happen, especially when itâs busy, but getting the right drink is important, especially for those who canât take caffeine. So, my advice: please double-check orders before handing them...

Kinda feel pity with the workers, top management should add more workers!
Secondly, i believe this outlet open really early in the morning. Bruh, why? Does top management cant just decide to open like around 9 o'clock like other Zus? Lastly, my suggestion..for an outlet there are so many customer, you may decrease the working hour. Maybe close on 10?
Why? My POV, this company kinda just look into more on profit and neglecting their staff energy and productivity...i can see through their face while working in the kitchen..rushing, panting and sometimes panic due to overlord of customer.
Please do something. Good coffee, but bad top management đđœđđœđđœ Please improve and take care of your worker.
Just sharing some review with my friend while observing this shop for a while.
