AZ Steak House Senawang — Restaurant in Negeri Sembilan

Ordered 3 meals. 2 came within 3 minutes, which was a pleasant surprise. But the third one, fish and chips, came so much later. I had finished eating and had gone off to Watson 3 doors away, and my daughter's meal was still not ready.

My daughter was fasting, so it was disappointing that her meal took so long. She ended up eating some of ours while waiting. By the time her meal finally arrived more than 20 minutes later, she could barely eat hers.

The waiter taking our order could have informed us that it would take much longer for fish and chips. She could have ordered something else. Plus, it would be good for the waiter to come and explain to us that the meal was not yet ready. He only did it when we asked.

Food was good, I especially like the Moroccan rice (though the lamb could be softer). The atmosphere was nice, with bright lights and comfortable seating. There was ample parking. But service could be better. Be a bit more customer-friendly, serve with a smile, and do explain.

Would we come back again? Maybe but not for...

Well what can I say here... Drive past the restaurant and it looked nice... I mean a big Steak House signboard would get anyone excited... Decided to go in and it was that busy... But a few tables were taken... Restaurant was clean and furniture was nice... Can sit inside or a little outside... Staff came over with a board menu and it was like wow... Lamb chops for RM20... Lamb Rack for around RM27 and lots more... We made our order and the food came after say 15 minutes... It was like shock haha... The lamb Rack was not at all.. it was bits of meat chopped up and there was a small cup with around 10 cold baked beans in... Lamb Chops same story with baked beans... The only great thing would be the gravy or sauce which tased nice... If you do eat here do not expect much at all...

Ordered smoked salmon, and I was so disappointed with the serving. It was a sad portion of salmon meat (probably cooked only by using air fryer), dry, tasteless, very little and unappealing. I did not get a picture of it but it was serve with baked bean and corn (obv only taken from can) and the only cooking effort was done was on the mashed potato. What a shame, RM27 spent just to be disappointed. Other than the food, the ambience was okay and good hospitality (you just need to wait longer to get your food served). If you plan to come in a group, make sure they remember your reservation cus the time we came, they did not have us in the record. You can do better,...
