I'm being generous but something was wrong with the strawberry cheesecake ice shave I ordered. Unlike before, milk wasn't as rich, strawberry syrup tasted a little weird, ice shave wasn't fully infused with flavour, and most of all, there's not a piece of cheesecake cube inside the ice shave. Please consider this feedback seriously and maintain the quality of each ice bowl. It's been a year so I was able to differentiate the usual and current quality. Hopefully it will be back to normal...

Ordered the golden yuzu kakigori set, no issues with flavour and taste, but some of the shaved ice is rather "rough" (machine not maintained?) with big chunk of ice stuck on the bowl.

Minus 1 ⭐ for not showing the actual price, including SST on the menu. Isn't this an enforced law? Why is this place still outdated

Minus another 1 ⭐ for not rounding up the total amount. Again, is this not the latest law too? Why am I still charged 32 cents instead of 30 cents? What's wrong...

It was kinda not a pleasant surprise. Stated in front of the shop last order for take away and dine in is 9.45 pm. We arrived sharp 9.30 pm. We believe we still have time to dine in. At the counter the cashier said only can take away now as per new SOP by the boss. A bit weird but okay we accept it. But then looking at the receipt was not informed that if we take away there’s extra charge of rm1.50. I hope that the boss/manager can look...
