Restoran Belqis — Restaurant in Negeri Sembilan

Made reservations for iftar for 9 people which are my friend's family and mine (through whatsapp). I have also listed our orders the day before since they're asking for it.

Unfortunately on our table was only drinks when the time came to break fast. Foods came later which was around 10-15 minutes. One food which was hanith lamb came 30 minutes later. French fries for our kids was cold. My food, aqda lamb was nothing like in the picture. The stew portion was little given the price while the bread was huge.

We had to cancel the the second hanith lamb because we had been asking for it several times and the food servers did not bother to speed things up. I've never spoken ill in front of foods before but when I saw my friend's shawarma chicken, I had to shake my head in disapproval.

Sad to say but this will be my last time stepping into this restaurant....

Went there a few days back. Ordered hummus wt lamb (it came wt a large bread similar to a paratha). Love it! My friend ordered chicken maghdut wt rice and also shawarma to go. The food are really flavourful and nice. I am picky when it comes to nasi arab place because usually the food is bland (to my taste bud). I had some of my friend's rice and it was great. Full flavoured. The chicken is well flavoured. Not dry. Akin to a good fried chicken. Parking isn't difficult. And not crowded for dinner (I was there on Wednesday or Thursday night). Most of the patrons are families. I do think it's a family friendly place. Pricing is standard nasi arab restaurant but not pricey imo. Portion size is large so it's worth it. Will come again. Superb… love ❤️ this restaurant a lot. Visited em twice- genuine Yemeni cuisine. Cosy environment- clean, fairly spacious. Not too packed- perhaps the time that I came was still abit early- around 7-8 during weekdays. Heard the restaurant can be busy and crowded esp weekends and after 8. They really do have a lot of options in their menu- and I was tempted to order lot more than I could take- I love lambs and if you do- this is the place that u should visit. Tender, juicy, savoury… very appetising 😋. Portion is not too big- one can definitely order more to share and try. Their rice is good 👍🏻 and oh ya- their lamb hummus— just love it 😍 so much. Price is fairly reasonable. Will definitely come...
