Last order is at 9.30pm, but I'll advise you to come earlier as many desserts would not have been in stock by that time. Hardly anyone on a Monday night, which is a perfect time to go. There are a variety of Korean dishes available now for dinner. The caramel popcorn kakigori was very sweet and nice for those who enjoy caramel. The strawberry kakigori was sweet and sour. Waffle was a bit of a disappointment because it was just coated with normal chocolate syrup but had many strawberries on it, but its size was good. The chocolate milk ice cream literally tasted like frozen chocolate milk. Free water is available too to cleanse your palate. Food is collected from the counter (self-service). The total bill came up to RM46.90 for these 3 items, which are 2 mini kakigori (RM13 and RM15) and strawberry chocolate...

Pleasant ambiance with more of seating options, making it a comfortable spot to relax. Unfortunately, the cleanliness left much to be desired, with noticeable stains and dust on the tables, and the floor was not well-cleaned.

While the food was fresh, the seasoned fries and chicken were a bit on the salty side, which detracted from the overall experience. The drinks didn’t impress either, the salted caramel latter and red velvet drinks lacking the flavor I was hoping for. The standout item was definitely their signature kakigori, which was delicious and worth trying.

Overall,i think the cafe need to improve in cleanliness and flavor balance would enhance...

I am a constant customer here and I am getting frustrated at this point. Every time I order my mount fuji kakigori, the mango comes in INEDIBLE. It is hard and SOUR. I request they call me if they have no edible ones, but no one does. 5 times , same result. Then the last time I ordered it on grab, the foam that comes with the bingsu that is part of the flavour and dish, was missing from the order. I tried calling them and they kept hanging up on me. No customer service at all. I contacted customer service for a refund because I was basically eating ice and condensed milk if I was gonna eat it. Too sweet...
