US PIZZA - Centrio Square, Seremban 2 — Restaurant in Negeri Sembilan

I don’t usually vent about the quality of food, quantity and price but USpizza Centrio, I have to give you the prize for this one man.

Close to 40 mins for the order was already barely acceptable for two personal pizzas.

15.95 for a personal pizza, fine, I mean, I checked the price and asked for a personal, thinking I would order two, one for the kids to share and another spicy one for the adults . The size came out smaller than getting one at dominos.

Pitcher of sprite, 1.5L, labelled there turns out to be diluted and even the gas was out. Fine, I mean, I paid, I get, at most, just not come back. But your glassware and pitchers are not even clean.

And your cinnamon sticks, big they are at 5.95, but burnt? 😂😂 forget it man, not coming back....

Food: the standard frozen, processed fast-food nothing to shout about, passable. Good environment.

Service: One of the cups was broken. The tea spilled on the floor. No one came to mop immediately. We had to change table and took the broken cup to the counter.

We didn’t get replacement of the jug for the wasted tea. After 15 mins, another table complained of the broken cup (likely the same cup we returned to counter).

Another table also complained their pizza was not cut. The waiter also sent our bread to the other table. At that time, there were 3 young waiters and just 2 tables. So many mistakes could’ve been avoided if a little attentiveness is put into it, for better...

I ordered to take away yesterday. The service was quite slow, had to wait around 40 mins. BUT the pizza was sooo delicious!!! The dough wasn't oily as other brand pizza. And the cheese was so yummy and not salty. The chicken was just light spicy, not as expected. The mushroom souppp.. Yes, their mushroom soups were our most favourite!! The price is okay. 1 extra large pizza (2 divided flavours) , 1 regular pizza (2 divided flavours) , 1 box of chicken, 2 bowls of mushroom soup, 1 packet of twisted bread and 1.5 L iced tea costs me RM 111. Will order again next time. Definitely!!.. but may be...
