I tried the Curry Laksa from the "Curry Kingâ stall, and while it was decent, the flavor was a bit lacking for my taste. The laksa didn't have that strong kick youâd expectâit was more on the spicy side but lacked the richness of coconut santan or evaporated milk.
The sides included Dou Pok, pig skin, and fresh siham, which were a nice touch, but the overall flavor still felt a bit flat. I added an egg as an extra topping, which helped a little, but it didnât quite elevate the dish.
