Very bad experience..even not qualified for one star!! First time eating sushi in Sushi King but the taste quality is very bad..soup not hot, fried salmon like reheated and not crunchy, rice is not sticky like shushi rice, i can't eat using chopstick..its like you eat rice with soysauce with yesterday fried fish.. i ordered green tea lychee honey something for the beverages, the taste is like u put honey and ice in water... argh, i can make it myself at home.. then i asked for another kind of beverage.. lemonade fruit something and luckily the taste is not bad... while changing my water, the staff not even say something but give me 'sour face'..
I have stayed in Korea for long time and traveled to Japan few times, only amazing experience i got each time went to sushi restaurant.. ORANG MELAYU KATA BERBEZA LANGIT DAN BUMI.. Their freshness, taste, service and cleanliness were so amazing...
Shushi King, cleanliness is very very bad, staff is not friendly and helpfull. Waiting time for the food to be prepared also so long eventhough not many people.. the presentation of the food is not attractive.. there are food that spill out on the moving tray for long time, no one clean it until i told to the staff to do so...
Why well known restaurant have very bad quality like this, yet you guys charge us with high price with service etc.. this is first and last time i will be at Shushi King..
Should give u zero star then, but no choice have to rate with one star which is that star should dedicate to me for being very patience there to see all this bad experience on my birthday treat from...

I had a disappointing experience at Sushi King from the moment I walked in.
I signaled to the staff, asking where to sit. The staff pointed and nodded without a word, so I took the seat and browsed the menu. When the food was served, the staff simply placed it on the table, stared blankly as if I were invisible, and walked away without a word.
When I pressed the bill button, the staff immediately took the tablet, pressed a few buttons, and walked straight to the counter, looking back at me — implying I should go to the counter.
At the counter, the first words from the staff were, “Lima puluh ringgit lima puluh sen.” There was no effort to confirm my order or politely ask how I would like to make payment. He just stared at me. I had to inform him I was paying by card, and even then, there was no courtesy. I tapped my card, received the receipt, and said thank you to him.
The lack of basic customer service training is missing. There are plenty of other sushi chains out there. Thanks to your staff for this poor services.
On top of that, the food quality was poor. The sushi on the conveyor belt looked dry and messy, as if left over from the previous day. The lid covers were dirty.

Read moreI got the wrong orders (Take Away) for 4 times. The 4th was the worst & I just realised that once I got home. When I called, they asked me to come here again which will take me 20 minutes to go there. Do they expect customer to come back just to get the actual order. I didn’t go as I was so hungry. Cannot even double check my orders with the receipt cuz what printed on the receipt are just the colour of the sushi plates instead of the sushi name. FYI, the staff DID COMPARE MY RECEIPT WITH “MY ORDER” before giving them to me. However how the hell can the staff know what sushi did I ordered if the only thing printed on the receipt were just the plate colours???? Bruh the service charge was RM2.70 and they cannot even check my order properly.
