If you’re a fan of authentic Mee Hun Kuih, this is a must-visit spot! The handmade noodles are perfectly soft and chewy, with a comforting texture that reminds you of home-cooked meals. The broth is packed with flavor—savory, slightly tangy (thanks to the vinegar), and absolutely soul-warming.

What makes this place special is its 香醋 (black vinegar), which adds a unique twist that sets it apart from other Mee Hun Kuih spots. The portions are generous, and the ingredients (especially the minced pork, anchovies, and vegetables) are always fresh. Pair it with their chili sauce, and it’s a winning combination!

The setting is simple, but the food speaks for itself. Friendly staff, affordable prices, and a taste that lingers long after you leave. Highly recommended for anyone craving traditional Mee Hun Kuih done right.

Tip: Come early to avoid the crowd, as it gets busy during lunch hours. We arrive when the shop open at 8.30am. It takes about 20 mins to get your noodle.

ordered the tomato soup based mee hun kuih, traditional dry mee hun kuih and thai style mee hun kuih, fried bean curd and thai style lala. As am from KL so to me the taste did not give much ummphhh as can find a better one in KL,but if in Kuantan, yes the food is yummy especially when you mixed the chillies sauce...the sauce itself is great and really can enhance the taste of the pan mee. The thai style lala, a real disappointment or maybe we are just the unlucky one as there are more empty shell than meat. Oh ya, if you order the dry noodle and if the cashier asked do you need soup..please beware as when I said yes and only realised that it need extra charges as they will give you a soup with more mince meat ball inside. I am not sure whether the dry noodle will come with soup or not but in KL, if you order a dry noodle a bowl of soup will normally...

Overrated, and not worth the hype.

In all fairness, it's not bad, but not good, the food here is the definition of what is called "Mid". The specialty here which is the mee hun kuih itself has it's highlights which are the noodles itself, and the vinegar, which are good but albeit not the best.

However these are packaged amongst a sea of painful mediocrity, the meat I was expecting more of a chewy bite and more fragrant with the seasoning such as with rice wine, and the ikan bills is just plain salty. As a whole, the experience is just a product of social media hype, where the store focuses on yes it's good aesthetics, and cute decor, but doesn't have food as it's no.1 focus which is just sad for the food industry with this becoming more normalised. It's Instagram fodder and not worth a dedicated visit, you can come if you're around but...
