Kopi Chantek — Restaurant in Pahang

We came here for a latte to wash down the super sweet satay from satay temeen we ate earlier. It was a strong latte. The recommendation from the staff for us to try their goreng kampung comes with yummy crispy fried ikan selayang and the friendly female staff also recommended us to eat with sambal kantan. We ended up tapauing all the available 4 packs. Its too bad their shop did not have any famous local produce such as the sambal belimbing hitam but sambal kantan is equally smooth with no biji chili sighted. I had a long journey from kuantan to jerantut and staying at the hotel right above this restaurant. This restaurant catches my eyes to stop by and having their meal. I had a really good experience here. The service was great and the waiter was super friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. Premium steak is available at premium price. However other menu is quite good. The coffee are decent. A bit of input i think if the restaurant serve kid's menu make sure that the kid's menu is suitable for actual kid.
