Nabill Cafe Cherating Lama Kuantan Pahang — Restaurant in Pahang

The food was ok la. The service was slow. Waited about 40mins to get our food. There’s no choice of fish hence we didn’t order ikan bakar. We ordered tomyam, telur bungkus, kailan, udang celup tepung and sotong. However, the portion was not enough for two person.

Asked the guy if the kitchen can make dried udang butter, he said can. Unfortunately, they wrongly prepared sotong butter with gravy. Not up to our taste (I think everyone will feel the same too) It tasted so bad and ridiculous. The gravy is thick with butter and smashed eggs. You can taste the saltiness from the butter and they don’t use milk. I swear this is the most ridiculous butter dish I ever had. We commented about the dish at the counter and the guy laughed and said “salah buat la tu hahaha” the thing is, salah buat and tak sedap kot? We finished all the dishes except for the sotong. Tomyam & udang celup tepung tasted good. The prawn was so fresh....

Slow service for western menu. Ordered pasta, chicken chop & burger, but after 45 mins, only pasta was done.

Male waiter didn’t properly let the chef know how long customer have been waiting. There were not many customers, only me and one other family when we arrived.

Even the Malay cuisine chef inside the kitchen noticed I’ve been waiting very long and eventually went to the western kitchen with another waiter to check on it. Had to cancel the order when they said only pasta was done after 45mins.

The male waiter is not fit for customer service (now looking at other comments in google review, i think they really should do something abt the waiter), and western menu chef is too slow. The malay kitchen seems to be moving quite fast and the food looks quite...

As a foodie Malaysian, I give 5 stars for this cafe. Thank you Jee for 5 stars service and delicious foods served. The price is considered cheap as I paid only RM119 for 3 persons seafood dinner which consists of Ikan Pari Bakar, Ikan Barat/Ayam Bakar, Kupang, 200 gram sotong goreng tepung, Kailan Ikan Bakar, Telur Dadar, Watermelon Juice, Teh O Halia, Teh Tarik, Teh O Ais Limau, and Teh Ais. Malaysians, please support kedai yang bagus macamni. To foreign tourists, this cafe serves western foods and local foods that would suit your taste. Plenty of tourists eating here (for sure due to recommendations by other tourists). The cafe is very well mantained and clean. Thank you again...
