First time dining here, even though I’m from Kuantan (now based in KL). Service was fast and friendly, with plenty of attentive staff and a very warm, welcoming lady boss.
The air-conditioned environment was such a blessing, especially in Kuantan’s hot and humid weather.
Food was tasty, fresh, and didn’t feel overloaded with MSG or artificial ingredients. Dishes were served in good time, and portions were just right — enough to satisfy 9 adults from hungry to happy! They also serve tong sui at a reasonable price, which I’d definitely recommend.
Must-try dishes: their signature fish and curry prawns — both absolutely delicious! We also had the deer meat, which was tender and flavorful (so good that we only remembered to take a photo after digging in!).
Overall, a pleasant dining experience. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Kuantan. Definitely...
