Super OYO 443 Crystal City Hotel — Hotel in Pahang

The hotel and the rooms are quite clean maybe because the hotel is new. The rooms are quite cheap, I get double deluxe for 4 persons for only Rm100. It's a good place to stay and very comfortable. But one thing very bad is that the service from the counter is bad, when I reached the hotel 4pm and wanted to check in, the room is still not yet ready and haven't clean. And when reported to the counter, the man there while talking to us, he take a cigarette and smoke in front of us. How rude! DONT DESERVE A STAR AT ALL!!! I CAME FROM KL ARRIVED AT 10PM, READY TO CHECK IN AS I ALREADY BOOK THE HOTEL A DAY EARLIER. BUT WAS TOLD BY THE RECEPTIONIST THERE'S NO MORE ROOM?? EHH HELLO I MADE THE PAYMENT ALREADY WHEN I BOOKED. HOW COME THERE'S NO ROOM??! WHAT'S THE POINT OF BOOKING??! THE RECEPTIONIST SAID WE NEED TO DEAL WITH THE OYO MYSELF. CANNOT EVEN GET MY REFUND. CALLED OYO CUSTOMER SUPPORT, WASN'T HELPFUL EITHER. THE WHOLE PROCESS WASTING MY TIME. BEAR IN MIND THAT IT'S ALMOST MIDNIGHT, HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO FIND OTHER HOTEL AT THIS HOUR???!! Located at Jalan Air Puteh, Kuantan, this hotel is within easy reach to the town centre or many other attractions around town, including the beaches.||||The room is reasonable in size and clean, even though can be better with a bit of sprucing up. Not sure if it has lift, but we took the stairs to level 3 during our stay there, as a form of exercise.||||A couple of minor points to consider are the noise from the road outside can be a little distracting if you are the sensitive type, and the temperature of AC in the particular room we rented could not be regulated well (too cold for me).
