Super Top — Restaurant in Pahang

Fist at all . It was near by place I work .. and everyday me pass by ~ Less customer visiting here.

One day me give a try ~ which no people only 3 table around .. I saw quite alot selection of seafood for me to choose and got my favourite prawn Tiger prawn which I don't get or found at mail ikan bakar always that I been visited more than 4time Well I order the prawn and cooked telur masin ..and one ikan bakar pari ..

Well ~ from my experience. I can see they way the roasted/bakar the fish is different from mail ikan bakar and ana ikan bakar.which maybe make them take longer time to cooked the fish and take longer time to serve food on customers table. Which I found out rili alot of customer comments bad feedback on this as well

Quite take a long time to serve on my table rili ..which the prawn arrive on my table fist and my prawn get totally cools when the fish arrive.

Fist the prawn was super fresh and well cook and rili tasty the telur masin ..

Secondly the fist dint cook so well compare to mail ikan bakar which more char and crispyness of burn end .. and of couse sambal more spicy .. Super top more to abit sweet type sambal .. Of couse . Each shop and owner have they own recipe which you cannot compare each other .. Each shop got they own unique skill and taste there ..

For me .. super top food quite good and not bad . But honestly .. for this kind of quality and less customer compare to ana ikan bakar and mail .. Which alot customer been feedback they mistake and certain wrong doing ..

I hope they owner should do something on there to improve they sales, customer service and time to improve the speed to serve food to customer which you can easy turn over sales for few time if you managed to speed up the service ..

Such a shame to see this restaurant like this with such a quality...

I've been to this place before pandemic and really like the convenience of the parking spaces and also the speed of food orders but my visit tonight will be the last one to Super Top.

The incoveniences are: They introduced a system where they will assign you the table number but the counter for the number distribution is not really visible if you're entering the restaurant from the side. We went to get the number and apologized for the confusion.

After we obtained our table number from the counter, we went to pick the seafood. The female staff who just handed our the table number loudly reminded to her staff, "please don't take any order if they didn't have the table number"

When we're placing our order, I asked whether can I request 2 separate way of cook for the squid since the squid was big and the staff said yes. When we're waiting, half of the squid was sent to our table and visually I can confirmed that they've taken my request well for the order.

20 minutes have passed and we're waiting for the other half. So I went and asked from the male staff that previously took my order. He just blurted out that it's not normal for people to order separate style of cooking (if it were true then you should just mentioned it in the first place that you're not taking separate orders). Without checking, he just said that maybe the kitchen staff just cook all my squid into one dish. I was so pissed of as it was clearly that the bottom part of the squid were missing. He just sighed loudly and went away.

15 minutes after that, another guy came to our table and delivered the remaining dish with a big sigh and it turns out that the food is already cold (perhaps was cooked long ago but they forgot to send).

This seriously a major turn off for me and I will never go this...

We reached there nearly 7 pm for dinner. Surprisingly food was served around 7.20 pm. Great timing for dinner. Went to another seafood restaurant in Tanjung Lumpur before, but food was served only after 2 hours. I lost my appetite when the food was served. We were quite skeptical at first we read few bad reviews in Google. But price was actually reasonable and food was tasty. Maybe you guys want to know the price. So let me just tell. I was billed RM 326 for 14 persons. I think that is a reasonable price for seafood 😊 just a few note to potential customers so u'll get more satisfying dining experience:

They will serve you 3 slice of cucumber with sambal belacan for RM 1.50 (unrequested) so if you are not okay with this please reject as soon as it is served. Pineapple juice not recommended. Tasteless. Watermelon juice is okay. Do come early to avoid heavy crowd (maybe before 7pm) and if you want your food to be served in nice timing. They do not weight correctly. So make sure you guys observe and jot down when they weight the food and do...
