This ice cream restaurant is bright and clean. The ice cream was not as nice as at other Mixue outlets. I wonder why? My daughter says that their boba is nicer compared to others. There is ample parking space here. Their menu is the same as other Mixue outlets.

There are 3 staffs but all is only focusing on delivery orders, standing for a long time in front of the cashier & no one is coming for serving. Me and another one customer behind wait until frustrated and just leave without buying any items. The staffs also never say something like please wait for a while ya just ignore us and let us...

A cashier ( man with hair bun + cup ) please inform to all of your staff , the CODE OF EACH ITEM THEY SHOULD MEMORISED IN THE BRAIN AND NOT ASKING CUSTOMER TO REPEAT THE FULL NAME OF DRINKS. NO EXCUSE TO TELL CUSTOMER MAYBE THE CODE IN SYSTEM IS NOT MATCH TO THE ITEM. ALL BRANCH ITEM ARE THE SAME. PLEASE TAKE NOTES. THANK...

Ice cream not cold enough , service bad Hole mixue many customers ady , the crew can still play with their phone , only a guy very busy on making the drinks & ice cream. Even they done the drinks also leave it wait them melt
