OLDTOWN White Coffee Auto City — Restaurant in Penang

There were a couple of time when me and my family dine there,we ordered the combo set(food+drink),the waiter/waitress served 5 glass of upsize drinks without our knowledge or request(Extra RM1per drink).Total RM5.

I asked cashier why this thing happen.She told me it was a standard procedure and had been instruct by the manager to do that.For some people maybe they don’t mind n not a big deal to pay but for me I reluctant to gave extra RM5 each time I eat there for the things I didn’t ask for and I don’t want to question the cashier each time I wanna make a payment

She willing to reimburse extra money I paid for ‘auto’ upsize.I shocked and told her this kind of behaviour was not acceptable and intolerance.Cheated customers in dsguise and dishonest.Especially for people whom eat there for the first time

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful service I received from your team at Oldtown Auto City. During my recent visit with my mother, who uses a wheelchair, we were assisted by Kak Lin. She went above and beyond to make our experience comfortable and enjoyable.

Without any prompting, she quickly offered her assistance to help us into the outlet and made sure we were comfortably seated. Her attentiveness and warm demeanor showed genuine care and professionalism. She provided us with the menu and encouraged us to reach out if we needed anything further. It was clear she was very observant and committed to making her customers feel valued.

The food is pricey for traditional menu items such as kopi-o, toast and kaya, and nasi lemak. However, you are paying for the service and ambience. The waitress that served us was exceptional. Warm and friendly. That's how you run a service provider. Staff play a critical role in the success of a business.
